Board formed concrete continues as those boards themselves, steel is articulated to swallow and join, weathered boards are expressed as pure planar surfaces hovering between immaterial abstraction and expressive materiality, conjoined with other material elements such as menu boards and the floating plaster. Space regains its primacy.
